Once you realize that Blue Bookmark is the best choice for your educational goal, simply click on the schedule appointment tab and follow the prompts. After you have scheduled a date and time for your tutorial session, a tutor will meet you at a local library.

The owner, Felicia Elbert, is a full time licensed Language Arts teacher with a passion for reading and learning. Blue Bookmark was created as a possible solution to problems that she has seen in her classroom and in her school. Reading comprehension is a skill that is extremely underdeveloped in many children. Felicia and her staff at Blue Bookmark are committed to improving reading comprehension and unleashing the love for reading in all students.
